This new line is manufactured using a heat formed polycarbonate blend of materials. It can withstand melting at temperatures over 80 degrees Celsius. The material will also withstand UV damage and will not fade or crack.

Distributors have been requesting a new line of vinyl privacy fences for many years due to high consumer demand. We’ve heard that home owner wish to avoid the maintenance and upkeep required by wood based fences. They are also disappointed in the condition of their wood fences after many years and tired of the constant repairs needed due to rusting nails and water damaged wood. With this new heavy duty plastic-like material consumers will not experience these issues. The surface is also very easy to clean with a mild detergent and warm water. We do not recommend the use of bleach or ammonia based products due to their corrosive nature.

Installation of these vinyl fences will require a trained work crew and does not involve the use of a nail gun. The installation process takes about 20% longer than a conventional wood fence under our controlled testing. The coloring process permeates the entire material so there is no concern that physical damage may cause the color to chip or leave unsightly scratches. In testing the material also resists rot under moist aerobic conditions such as those found in a post hole. This is the location where wooden fences receive the most damage and deteriorate most rapidly. We are also looking into applying this material to the underground portion of wooded fence posts to help alleviate this premature damage.
